The Fun-Killing Toilet?!
There’s a British start up that’s taking aim at all workers wanting a little bit extra on their toilet breaks. StandardToilet have designed a toilet that comes with a slanted seat. Therefore making it less comfortable to sit on for extended periods. What an awful idea, ruining our fun!
It has a 13 degree slope on it, making it painful to sit on for more than 5 minutes!
This new fun destoroying idea will set back bosses a whopping $200 to $650! It is designed to improve efficiency at companies. As the uncomfortable seat will discourage employees from messing on their phone whilst on the toilet. That’s quite an amount of money when a regular toilet costs FAR less. Especially ones bought en-masse. Why would bosses fork out this much money on a toilet? Because their the devil, that’s why!
StandardToilet, the devil’s partner, stated in a press release
“In modern times, the workplace toilet has become private texting and social media usage space…with the advent of flexible zero hour contracts it is easy to see why our StandardToilet can be an asset to a business.”

5 Fun Ways To Make Money Online
There are lots of ways to make money online. Some of these aren’t so fun and will only make you a couple bucks – these include the likes of paid surveys and virtual assistant work. However, other ways of making money can be very fun and can be very profitable. Here are just five examples of fun ways to make money.
Investing
Investing is something everyone should do and whilst we should make clear we can not give our financial advice of any kind as we are not qualified to, a great platform to look at for online investing is SoFi
Sofi enable you to Trade stocks and ETFs, invest in IPOs at IPO prices, or try automated investing. Plus, start trading crypto so they are worth a look.
Try matched betting
Matched betting is a strategic way of making money through gambling sites. Whilst traditionally gambling is all down to luck, matched betting is a more certain way to make money and involves taking advantage of betting sites that offer free bets. Using free bets, it’s possible to bet both sides on a match and never lose. You’ll find free bets advertised across the internet such as this William Hill offer. It’s worth doing a bit of research on matched betting before you start to maximise your earnings.
Make money playing fantasy sports
It’s also possible to make money playing fantasy sports. In fact, some people have got rich off the back of fantasy sports teams. Such games allow you to build your own fantasy sports teams and play in leagues against other players’ teams. There are paid leagues out there – which is where the potential to earn big is. The likes of Fan Duel are some of the easiest to earn money from as a beginner, plus these platforms allow you to bet over outcomes of fantasy leagues.
Start a blog/vlog
You may also be able to make money by starting a blog or a vlog. By writing about things that you’re passionate about or creating videos on topics that interest you, you may be able to amass enough readers or viewers to then monetise your blog or vlog (this involves displays ads on your posts or videos, which you then get revenue from every time someone clicks on these ads). There are simpler ways to make money through blogging and vlogging including accepting sponsored content, which many bloggers and vloggers do.

The best crypto currency to invest in (or as the germans say beste Kryptowährung zum investieren) is something you will need to research as we are not financial advisors. However those that have done well with crypto currency have done VERY well!
Sell your own crafts online
If you like making crafts of any kind, you may be able to start up a business making and selling these items online. The likes of Etsy are popular platforms for selling crafts ranging from handmade clothes to handmade carpentry. Whilst you can sell crafts locally, selling online allows you to access a worldwide audience of buyers interested in DIY crafts.
Run a company’s social media account
If you love social media, you could consider running a company’s social media accounts for cash. Many businesses outsource their social media. In the case of large companies, this can be a full-time job with a good salary. In the case of smaller companies, you may be able to manage their social media as a side hustle. Taking a social media marketing course be handy when considering this as a career.

Houseology’s Swipe Delete has been out for a little while and we are all loving it! However, there is now an incredible music video to go along with it as well. We think that this is a wonderful piece of work from both our own Funk Butcher and Swiss from So Solid Crew. While the video is a bit of fun and they’re all dressed up to portray an older generation. The song quite rightly begs the question. Are we addicted to social media?
What is Swipe Delete?
It’s brand new dance track from Funk Butcher and Swiss that is blowing up on the socials! Not only that it has got a lot of mainstream love! Including BBC Radio 1’s DJ Target playing the dance track on his show recently. Furthermore to that, Kiss Fm DJ Majestic has given some love to Funk and Swiss’s Swipe Delete stating that he feels as though it will be a HUGE Summer anthem.
Selfie Facts
Now the Swipe Delete guys have blessed us with some rather surprising facts. However, unsurprisingly they are all based around social media and selfies! There are a couple here that absolutely shocked us.

Social ranking: Black Mirror predicting the future again!
Black Mirror continues it’s eery trend of predicting the future. This time with the terrifying episode of ‘Nosedive’ With Social ranking.
For those who haven’t seen Black Mirror or Nosedive, the episode explores how we’re all obsessed with ‘likes’ The episode delves into the way that we use social media in our daily lives and how what we do is determined by how many ‘likes’ we get. Including how upset we get when our online popularity takes a ‘nosedive’
The episode’s plot revolves around how people are rated out of five after every interaction that they have with one another. Thus each person has a real social ranking, that we can all see. Furthermore, ratings of a ‘person’ are affected by where you live, who your friends are and how you travel. So kinda like we all do now, but with a tangible element to it. Whether you like it or not, do it consciously or not, we all make prejudgements based on the above.
In the episode we see Lacie a young woman who is looking to climb to the top of her social ladder. We won’t spoil the episode too much. However, she does a lot to impress others and make her rating better. Until, you guessed it, things go from bad to worse and her social ranking takes a ‘nosedive’ If you have instagram mixed with an Uber rating, this is how your ratings are shown to others in this world.
Social Ranking: Real Life
This nightmare of all prejudging others may become a reality in China. Soon. 2020. Soon.
According to the Telegraph, it’s citizens will be given a ‘score’ the lowest of these scores being 350, highest being 950. To get a higher score, citizens can give blood, do charity work or by sending positive messages about China on social media. Cancelling a reservation for something having friends with unsavory people. Boom. Ratings nosedive.
Being a good member of society gets you bonuses! Cheaper public transport, free gym membership. Plus you may even get a fast pass for waiting times in hospitals. (My words not theirs, I just thought it sounded funny, really call it fast pass) All you lowly people at the bottom of the totem pole. SLOWER INTERNET SPEEDS! So if one day you realise your internet is super slow. Blame you. Not the ISP. Go out an give blood and maybe, just maybe, your internet will get faster.

Is Facebook Broken?
Is Facebook learning what you like and manipulating the posts you see?
Have you noticed that you are only shown a handful of your friends post on Facebook? Well that is because Facebook learns what you like and actually influences you to connect closer with certain people. Say for example, you ‘like’ a post or picture of pizza, if you ‘like’ several pictures of pizza it is more than likely that your Facebook feed will start to show you more pictures of pizza. Or the more you engage with posts from a particular user, the more often their posts are shown to you.
Facebook creates a small ‘in-group’ cluster of Facebook friends and topics that dominate your feed, as you grow accustomed to interacting with them, this changes your behaviour, leading you to interacting with them all the more. This then reinforces their ‘in-group’ status and basically isolates you from the rest of your Facebook friends.. or the ‘out-group’.

Samsung’s FIRE Social Media!
Samsung absolutely destroyed a guy who made a dick pick joke on Twitter with a single emoji – a single emoji.
Samsungs US Twitter handle posted a tweet asking their 5.3million followers asking them to send the first snap that they took with their shiny new Samsung Galaxy S8.
Well @SavEdward thought he’d be funny and respond with “It was a dick pic” what ensured next was the put down of all put downs. Samsung Tweeted:
